Cancellation Policy

If you need to cancel your order and it's not delayed, there might be some charges for the cancellation process to cover our payment gateway fees. But if your order is delayed, no worries we're happy to help cancel it and issue a refund. Please note that a deduction of 10% will be applied. Once the order has been shipped, we're sorry, but we can't cancel it from our end. However, if the device doesn't meet your expectations, our return policy still stands.

Warranty Policy

All Mobiles, Tablets, Laptops, and mobile accessories from Mobi King are covered by a 12-month warranty! You can save money and the environment by using Mobi King to offer used goods a second chance. If a warranty is mentioned in the product description, Mobi King specialists will manage all warranty requests.

Coverage of Mobi King’s warranty

When your product is eligible for a warranty, Mobi King delivery will pick up the item from your premise, take it up, have it serviced or mended, and then return it to you. Some products, including furniture, sporting goods, home appliances, and other large items, may be fixed on your property.

What is covered?
If, in the rare event, your purchase fails to operate under normal use and service, due to defects in parts or workmanship, our warranty will cover the cost of parts and labour to either repair or replace your warranty return with a like-for-like model. Replacements will be issued in accordance with the specification and cosmetic appearance of the handset returned. Should there be any differences in make, model, color, memory or network, then this will be agreed by both parties. We aim to repair or replace all warranty returns within a reasonable time, but lead times will vary depending on the availability of stock and/or replacement parts. It can take up to 10 working days, starting when the product is received by our repair facility

What is not covered?

This is not an insurance policy and should we deem that any fault has occurred as a result of misuse; accidental, deliberate or water damage, then the warranty will be void and we will contact you with regards to this. We do not cover defects and/or damage resulting from:

  • Normal wear and tear of the equipment or otherwise due to the normal ageing of the equipment, including battery deterioration and any Dot, Shade or malfunction of the LCD.
  • Any disassembly, repair, alteration or modifications carried out by anyone other than Mobi King.
  • Misuse, abuse, negligence or an accident howsoever caused.
  • Improper testing, operation, maintenance, installation, or any alteration or modification of the product.
  • This warranty will not be available: a) if the serial number or warranty seal on the product is illegible, has been defaced or removed; or, b) without any proof of purchase.
  • We do not cover any phones for water damage; this includes phones which were rated as waterproof/water resistant when new. This is due to the rubber seals/waterproofing degrading over time and as a result, we cannot guarantee that a second-hand phone's seal will still be intact.
  • We do not cover consequential or incidental damages, including but not limited to, loss of use, loss of business, loss of profits, loss of data, any fees related to third-party contracts, downtime and charges for time and effort. Any third-party attempt at repairing the handset will invalidate any returns period or warranty in place, which is why we strongly advise that any potential issue must be reported to us in the first instance and we will be able to advise further.

Fees

Our warranty covers the cost of parts and labor to either repair or replace eligible warranty returns with a like-for-like model or an agreed alternative. However, you are responsible for the following fees: Every shipping has to be paid for by the customer, even if the item had free shipping in the first place, the customer has to pay for the shipping in return. The fee shouldn’t increase by 30 AED. No fault-found returns and ineligible warranty returns will also be subject to a return processing fee of AED 30.

Refund Policy

When a product is successfully picked up from our storage, examined, and determined to be qualified for reimbursement, the rebate amount will be handled according to the method of original payment.

The rebate amount will be managed like the initial payment method after a product is safely removed from our storage, inspected, and found to be eligible for reimbursement.

  • How Refunds Are Issued (Credit Card or Cash on Delivery “COD”)?

The original payment option you selected when placing your purchase will determine how the refund is started. If you used a credit card to make the purchase, the reimbursement will be applied to that card. If you used cash on delivery ("COD") to make the purchase, the return will be credited to your Mobi King wallet.

  • Where’s My Refund?

Refund processing times vary depending on a number of factors. However, Mobi King may need up to a week to receive and handle your refund. Depending on your bank's internal procedures, it may take 5 to 10 working days after the return is completed for the reimbursement to appear on your payment card account. If the processing time for your payment method has passed and your reimbursement status is not displaying as refunded in Your Mobi King Account, please contact us using the information on our contact page. If your refund status reads "refunded" in Your Account but you haven't gotten it despite the usual waiting period stated above, please get in touch with your bank.

Return Policy

Mobi King works hard to provide customers who decide to return their purchases with simple return procedures. Our return policy states that a return request may be made within 10 days of the product's original arrival, but only for qualified goods. Please review the return policy listed below for the merchandise type you're trying to return.

General Terms & Conditions Applicable to All Returns

Mobi King retains the right to refuse a return request for a product and send it back to the buyer if the returned product does not satisfy any of the return requirements listed below. All returned products will go through a quality check. If the merchandise is not returnable, the buyer will not be entitled to any refund. Mobi King will make two efforts to transport the product back to the customer using its authorized courier services if the product return request is denied. If both delivery efforts are fruitless, Mobi King will hold the item at its distribution hub for three (3) working days. Within those three (3) working days following the last try, the customer may submit a request for another attempt to our customer support team. In this instance, Mobi King will retain the merchandise for thirty (30) days; however, in the event that it is returned, Mobi King will impose a return fee of AED100 on the customer. If not, the item will be sent for disposal, and the buyer won't be able to ask for the item's return once more. Mobi King won't be held accountable or liable to the buyer. Customers shall not be entitled to any reimbursement.

A Shipping cost will apply if the customer chose to return the products for the following reasons:

Seller Return Policy

Different sellers can now give their goods to Mobi King consumers thanks to Mobi King. Your refund will be sent to the vendor rather than Mobi King when an order is made and sold by a seller who delivers and dispatches from its own inventory (also known as a marketplace seller or 3rd Party vendor). Despite the fact that the overwhelming majority of sellers offer a refund policy that is comparable to Mobi King's, some sellers' return policies might be different. The purchase will default to the Mobi King Standard Return Policy if the seller's return policy is not mentioned in the seller's returns and refunds policy.

Electronics, Laptops, and Mobiles

  • The item must be returned in the same quality and state that it was originally sold in, along with the original packaging as received (sealed or sold as Never-Used).
  • Unless there is a production flaw, we will refuse the reimbursement and return the item to you if a Never-Used product has been activated, used, or had its original seal interfered with or removed.
  • The original packaging, instruction manual, and all other accessories must be returned along with the product if it is not functioning because of a production flaw.
  • The customer has to bear delivery charges and service charges incase of return depending upon the location.
    The damage or bad condition should be reported within 10 hours after recieving.
  • Items purchased from physical outlets must adhere to the store's policies. Online purchases cannot be returned or refunded at physical outlets. Items must be picked up through courier, and refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Fashion, Jewelry, Watches, and Accessories

  • Items returned for Free Returns must be brand-new, unused, and in the original packing in order to receive a complete reimbursement in compliance with our returns policy.
  • You cannot exchange or return items like hosiery, pantyhose, lingerie, panties, or swimwear.
  • Clothing items can only be returned if they are brand-new, unwashed, unopened, with all of the tags still attached, and in their original wrapping.
  • All clothing, including shoes, eyeglasses, watches, purses, and baggage, must be returned with all tags still attached.
  • The object must be returned with all accessories, including boxes, instructions, warranty cards, and documents of validity, grading, and valuation.
  • Items that are verified but are returned without the original paperwork will be refused.
  • After delivery, items that have been changed in size, broken, or in any other way will not be accepted for return.
  • Some jewellery and watch products are eligible for free returns.

Home, Kitchen, Sports & Outdoor

  • Items for home décor can only be returned if they are still in their original wrapping.
  • Bedding items that have not been packed up can not be returned.
  • Unless they are defective, things that have been used, modified, assembled, or fitted will not be recognized.
  • Sports and outdoor products that qualify for returns may only be sent back if they have not been used and are still in their original packing.

Toys & Video Games

  • Returns on costumes are not permitted.
  • Used, triggered, or missing component toys and games will not be accepted for return.

Stationery & Office Supplies

  • The product must be returned in the same brand-new state that it was sent in, with all of the original materials and packing. (manuals, accessories, etc.)

Non-Returnable Products:

Mobi King - Privacy Policy

This privacy statement applies to your use of any products, services, content, features, technologies, or functions, and all related websites, mobile apps, mobile sites, or other online platforms or applications offered to you by us (collectively the "Services/Platform"). We collect, use, and share personal information to help Mobi King and its affiliate websites work and to keep it safe (details below). Smartarz LLC, acting itself and through its subsidiaries, is the data controller of your personal information collected. This policy is effective 10/SEP/2021. The information posted on Mobi King is obviously publicly available. Therefore, if you choose to provide us with personal information, you are consenting to the transfer and storage of that information on our servers.

1. What data do we collect about you?

1.1. Data provided through direct interactions 1.1.1. Registration and other account information When you register to use our Services, we may collect the following information about you:

  • If you register using your Google account: first name, last name and email address.
  • If you register using your Facebook account: we collect first name and last name as appeared on your Facebook account, email address, Facebook IDs and the URL to your Facebook profile picture.
  • If you register using your email id we collect your name and email id.
  • If you register using your Apple ID: your first and last name and email address; you can decide whether to share your email address with us when you sign in to your Apple account.

Depending on the choices you make during the log-in to our Services or during the process of engaging our Services, you may opt to give the following additional personal data:

1.1.2. Validation of your account We validate the accounts of Mobi King users by using SMS OTP verification to ensure that each account is associated with a real and unique user. This validation process is initiated once you proceed with posting an ad listing, initiate chat, make an offer, take an action on an ad listing or initiate a purchase. In order to validate your account, we will send you an SMS OTP on a valid mobile number provided by you. This process is entirely free of charge. 1.1.3. Communication through the chat feature on our Platform When you use our chat feature to communicate with other users, we collect information that you choose to provide to other users through this feature. 1.1.4 Contact information collection You can choose whether to invite other users to the Platform using our 'Refer & Earn' function. This functionality allows you to invite friends and family from your telephone's contact list. We will use the contact information you have for that person (only picked contact), from within your telephone's contact list give you the option to send them either an SMS, email or third party message (such as WhatsApp) inviting them to install Mobi King and register. 1.2. Data we collect automatically when you use our Services When you interact with our Services, we automatically collect the following information about you: We collect device-specific information such as operating system version, unique identifiers, and standard web log information. For example, the name of the device model that you are using. 1.2.1 Device Information We may require access to other apps installed on the device, to enhance your experience. You may choose not to grant access to such apps, which will allow you access to use our services, but with limited functionality 1.2.2. Location information Depending on your device permissions, if you post an item on our Platform, we automatically collect and process information about your actual location. We use various technologies to determine location. Your location data allows you to see user items near you and helps you in posting items within your location. In case we need your location data, we will first show you a pop-up which will ask you to choose to allow or not to allow us to access your location data. If you do not allow us to have access to your location data, you will still be able to use our Services but with limited functionality. If you do allow us to access your location data you can always change this later by going to the settings on our App and disable the permissions related to location sharing. 1.2.3. Client and Log data Technical details, including the Internet Protocol (IP) address of your device, time zone and operating system. We will also store your login information (registration date, date of last password change, date of the last successful login), type and version of your browser. 1.2.4. Cookies and Similar Technologies We use cookies to manage our users’ sessions, store your preferred language selection and deliver you relevant advertisements. "Cookies" are small text files transferred from a web server to the hard drive of your device. Cookies may be used to collect the date and time of your visit, your browsing history, your preferences, and your username. You can set your browser to refuse all or some cookies or to alert you when websites set or access cookies. If you disable or refuse cookies, please note that some parts of our Services/Platform may become inaccessible or not function properly

 

2. Why do we process your personal information?

We will only use your personal data when the law allows us to. Most commonly, we will use your personal data in the following circumstances:

  • Where we need to perform the contract we are about to enter into or have entered into with you.
  • Where it is necessary for our legitimate interests to improve our Services and to provide you a safe and secure Platform.

2.1. For providing access and delivering Services through our Platform 2.1.1. If you log in using your email id, we use your first name and last name, mobile number and/or e-mail address to identify you as a user and provide access to our Platform.

2.1.2. If you log in using your Facebook account or Google account or your Apple ID, we use your first name and last name and your email address of such account, as well as the URL to your profile picture (except for Apple ID ) we use your first name and last name from your Facebook profile and the Facebook e-mail address to identify you as a user on our Platform and to provide you access to our Platform.

2.1.3. We use third-party payment service providers to process any payment you make to our Services. Depending on the method of payment, you may be requested to provide us with your payment and credit card details which we will then provide to the payment service provider in order to process your payment. We do not store your credit card information, but when you choose the option to save such information in order to make recurring payments easier without having to re-enter your details each time then we only store your token. We do not store any credit card code verification values. We process the above information for the adequate performance of our contract with you.

2.2. For improving your experience on the Platform and developing new functionalities of the Platform

2.2.1. We use Google firebase data to:

  • Offer you tailored content, such as giving you more relevant search results when using our Services.
  • To determine how much time you spend on our Platform and in what manner you navigate through our Platform in order to understand your interests and to improve our Services based on this data. For example, we may provide you with suggestions on content that you can visit based on the content you have clicked.
  • To communicate marketing and promotional offers, to monitor and report the effectiveness of the campaign delivery to our business partners and internal business analysis.

2.2.2. If you choose to provide us with your location data, we use your location data for the following purposes:

  • To compile anonymously and aggregated information about the characteristics and behavior of users, including for the purposes of business analysis, segmentation and development of anonymous profiles.
  • To enhance the performance of our Services and to personalize the content we direct towards you. For example - with the help of location data we display ad listings that are in your vicinity to improve your buying experience. For this purpose, Google Maps is integrated into our Platform. This means that both Google and we are responsible for the processing of your location data in the context of Google Maps. In any case, we will not process your location data for any other purposes but those explained in this Privacy Statement. However, Google might process such location data for their own purposes as explained in the Google Privacy Policy which can be reviewed Your use of Google Maps through our Platform is subject to Google Maps Terms of Service.

2.2.3. With the help of your account information, which includes your email ID and mobile number, we map the different devices (such as desktop, mobile, tablets) used by you to access our Platform. This allows us to associate your activity on our Platform across devices and helps us in providing you a seamless experience no matter which device you use.

2.2.4.We use the images or videos you upload, the descriptions and prices you provide in your ad listings to personalize search results in relation to ad ranking and user interest, to improve the identification and presentation of ad listings, to improve the search function and to increase the likelihood of a successful sale. This helps us to improve our Services and to provide you with a better user experience.

2.2.5. To show and recommend ad listings on our Services that may be of interest to you, we make use of algorithms that use information related to your browsing behavior, items you bought, your user ID and your location data if you have given us permission to use this. We use this form of automated decision-making on the basis of our legitimate interest in improving our Services and provide a better user experience by offering you more relevant ad listings.

2.2.6. We access and analyze your chat messages with other users conducted through the chat function on our Platform, for product enhancement and to provide you with a better user experience (e.g. to identify sold items and to provide you with active listings only). Therefore, we develop algorithms to automatically analyze your chat content. However, there may still be cases beyond our control in which the chat content may show certain personal data that you have chosen to provide. We process the above information for the adequate performance of our contract with you and on the basis of our legitimate interest to improve your experience of our Services.

2.3. To take your feedback, promote and offer you services that may be of your interest

2.3.1. We use your mobile number, log data and unique device identifiers to administer and protect our Platform (including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, fraud prevention, system maintenance, support, reporting and hosting of data).

2.3.2. We access and analyze your chat messages with other users conducted through the chat function on our Services for customer satisfaction, safety and fraud prevention purposes (e.g. to block spam or abusive messages that may have been sent to you by other users). Therefore, we develop algorithms helping us to automatically detect and prevent inappropriate and fraudulent user behavior. However, there may still be cases beyond our control in which the chat content may show certain personal data that you have chosen to provide. Only in limited cases and circumstances, our customer safety and security specialists review chat content manually, for example, if we have strong indications leading to the urgent suspicion of fraudulent activities. In these circumstances, highly restrictive access rights apply to selected customer safety and security specialists analyzing the chat content.

2.3.3. To resolve disputes, prevent and detect fraud on our Services, we make use of algorithms that recognize suspicious or fraudulent user behavior based on certain information such as user activity and posted content, which may lead to us banning certain user accounts. Automated banning happens when there is a very high degree of certainty that an account or action is fraudulent. Otherwise, human review takes place by selecting customer safety and security specialists on the basis of highly restrictive access rights. We use this form of automated decision-making on the basis of our legitimate interest to detect and prevent fraud and to keep our Services safe and secure for our users. 2.3.4. We collect certain information from and in relation to the electronic device from which you are accessing our Services on the basis of our legitimate interest in preventing fraud on our Services. The information we collect includes your user ID (depending on whether you are logged in), country domain, IP address, device language settings, device brand and type, device operating system and version, browser type and version, and device-specific software information such as fonts, system and browser Time zone, available video and audio formats. The device-related information is used to determine whether the same device is being used when users interact with our Services. We associate such information with a user fraud score on the basis of which we may ban certain users. If you think that your account was wrongfully banned, you can contact us at support@Mobi King.com in which case our team will review the decision to ban your account.

2.4. To take your feedback, promote and offer you services that may be of your interest

2.4.1. We may contact you through your registered mobile number or email id in order to take feedback from you about our Services.

2.4.2. We use your email address and mobile number (by SMS) to make suggestions and recommendations to you about our Services that may be of interest to you.

2.4.3. We use Google analytics/firebase data to monitor and report the effectiveness of the campaign delivery to our business partners and internal business analysis.

2.4.4. If you choose to provide us with your location data, we may use your location data to measure and monitor your interaction with the third-party advertisement banners we place on our Services. We process the above information based on our legitimate interest in undertaking marketing activities to offer you Services that may be of your interest. Specifically, you may receive certain marketing communications from us:

  • By any preferred means of communication if you have requested such information from us.
  • By email or phone, regarding similar products and services, if you already use our Services or acquired some of our products.
  • By phone or email if you registered for a promotion.
  • By phone or email, if you have provided your feedback for our Services through our Platform, social media, or any other means.

You can ask us to stop sending you marketing communication at any time by clicking on the opt-out link in the email sent to you or by contacting us at support@Mobi King.com that you do not wish to be contacted for the above marketing communications. You agree to receive an email at least once a year informing you that in case of non-compliance with the Information Technology Rules, these terms, policies, Mobi King has the right to terminate access or usage rights of users immediately or remove non-compliant information, or both.

3. How will we inform you about changes in our privacy statement?

General. We may update, upgrade, modify (partially &/or fully) this policy at any time, with updates taking effect when you next post or after 30 days, whichever is sooner. If we or our corporate affiliates are involved in a merger or acquisition, we may share personal information with another company, but this policy will continue to apply. 4. Communication

We will communicate with you by email, SMS, or in the app notification in connection with our Services/Platform to confirm your registration, to inform you in case your ad listing has become live/expired and other transactional messages in relation to our Services. As it is imperative for us to provide you such transactional messages you may not be able to opt-out of such messages.

5. Who do we share your data with?

We may have to share your personal data with the parties set out below for the purposes set out in section 2 above.

5.1. Corporate affiliates: We may share your data with our group companies, which are located within as well as outside UAE and help us in providing business operation services such as product enhancements, customer support and fraud detection mechanism that help detect or prevent potentially illegal acts and provide joint services (Our corporate affiliates will market only to users who ask them to)

5.2. Third-Party Service Providers: We use third-party service providers to help us deliver certain aspects of our Services, for example, delivery services. We conduct checks on our third-party service providers and require them to respect the security of your personal data and to treat it in accordance with the law. We do not allow them to use your personal data for their own purposes and only permit them to process your personal data for specified purposes and in accordance with our instructions.

5.3. Advertising and analytics providers: In order to improve our Services, we will sometimes share your non-identifiable information with analytics providers that help us analyze how people are using our Platform/Service. We, share your information with them in a non-identifiable form for monitoring and reporting the effectiveness of the campaign delivery to our business partners and for internal business analysis.

5.4. Law enforcement authorities, regulators and others: We may disclose your personal data to law enforcement authorities, regulators, governmental or public bodies and other relevant third parties to comply with any legal or regulatory requirements. We also reserve the right to make use of the personal information in any investigation or judicial process relating to fraud on account of such transactions during the period Mobi King retains such information. We may also disclose personal information to enforce our policies, respond to claims that a posting or other content violates other’s rights, or protects anyone’s rights, property or safety. We may choose to sell, transfer, or merge parts of our business or our assets. Alternatively, we may seek to acquire other businesses or merge with them. If a change happens to our business, then the new owners may use your personal data in the same way as set out in this privacy statement.

6. Access, Modification, and Deletion –

You can see, modify your personal information by reviewing your profile page. You can delete your account or personal information by sending us a request through the contact us form on our APP/Website or sending an email to customer support at support@Mobi King.com . We may ask for proof of your identity before providing any information and reserve the right to refuse to provide the information requested if identity is not established.

7. Where do we store your data and for how long?

The data we collect about you will be stored and processed in secure servers in order to provide the best possible user experience. For example – for fast website or mobile application build up. We will only retain your personal data for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes we collected it for, including for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting, or reporting requirements. We delete personal information when we no longer need it for the purposes we described earlier. We retain personal information as permitted by law to resolve disputes, enforce our policies; and prevent bad guys from coming back. To determine the appropriate retention period for personal data, we consider the amount, nature, and sensitivity of the personal data, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal data, the purposes for which we process your personal data and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means, and the applicable legal requirements. We shall retain your information for a period of 180 days or a longer period if required by the court or authorized government agencies after withdrawal or cancellation of your registration.

8. Technical and organizational measures and processing security

All the information we receive about you is stored on secure servers and we have implemented technical and organizational measures that are suitable and necessary to protect your personal data (encryption, passwords, physical security). Mobi King continually evaluates the security of its network and adequacy of its internal information security program, which is designed to:

  • help secure your data against accidental or unlawful loss, access or disclosure,
  • identify reasonably foreseeable risks to the security of the network, and
  • minimize security risks, including through risk assessment and regular testing.

In addition, we ensure that all data are encrypted using SSL technology. Unfortunately, no data transmission over the internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure. So while we strive to protect such information, we cannot ensure or warrant the security of any information you transmit to us and you do so at your own risk. Once any personal information comes into our possession, we will take reasonable steps to protect that information from misuse and loss and from unauthorized access, modification or disclosure

Welcome to MobiKing("MobiKing / Site") operated by Mobiking Phones Trading LLC. These are the terms and conditions governing your use of the Site ("hereinafter referred to as Acceptable Use Policy "AUP"). By accessing MobiKing either through the website or any other electronic device, you acknowledge, accept, and agree to the following terms of the AUP, which are designed to make sure that MobiKing works for everyone. This AUP is effective from the time you start using MobiKing as a guest or logged-in user. By accepting this AUP, you are also accepting and agreeing to be bound by the Privacy Policy and the Listing Policy.

Listing Policy

For use of our Site and other services, you confirm and declare that you shall not list or post or provide information in relation to the sale or purchase, or exchange of goods and services, content, or information that are illegal under the laws of the UAE and/or are not permitted as per the prohibited items policy listed below.

1. Prohibited Items Policy

A. We specifically prohibit any listing or posting of classifieds or information in relation to the following items:

  • Alcoholic Beverages, Liquor, tobacco products, drugs, psychotropic substances, narcotics, intoxicants of any description, medicines, palliative/curative substances nor shall you provide a link directly or indirectly to or include descriptions of items, goods, or services that are prohibited under any applicable law for the time being in force.
  • Living, dead person and/or the whole or any part of any human which has been kept or preserved by any means whether artificial or natural including any blood, bodily fluids, and/ or body parts.
  • Prostitution or any other service of the nature there that purports to violate the provisions of the Immoral Act or Indecent representation of women violates the contemporary standards of morality and decency in UAE society.
  • Religious items, including books, artifacts, etc. or any information, description of any such item that is likely to affect the religious sentiments of any person or group.
  • Mature Audiences Policy includes films that do not have a certificate for public exhibition issued by the Authorized Authority and or described and depict or otherwise deal with matters which are revolting or repulsive and or tend to deprave a person mind in such a way that they tend to offend against the standards of morality, decency and propriety generally accepted by reasonable adults.
  • Obscene Items include items that contain an indecent representation of women. Any publication or film or item that describes or depicts a minor who is, or who appears to be, under 18 (whether the minor is engaged in sexual activity or not) and any computer games not suitable for minor that are unsuitable for a minor to see or play.
  • Offensive Material intended for use in a sexual setting (including "bondage" and "fetish" items,) displaying sexual activity, or portraying human genitalia in a "life-like" or realistic fashion.
  • Information or items that are defamatory, libelous, threatening, or abusive in nature.
  • Information that is fraudulent, misrepresenting the nature and use of the goods or the services.
  • Counterfeit, Pirated, and stolen goods or unauthorized illegal services (services for which you are not licensed or permitted to do or do not have the authority to undertake).
  • Items, goods, and services that infringe or attempt to pass off any third party’s intellectual property or rights of publicity or moral rights and or purport to breach any person’s right to privacy.
  • Electronically transmitting through any medium computer viruses of any type or any computer program that facilitates hacking of a computer system which the intent to damage a computer or computer network or intercept any personal data.
  • Your information shall not include any hate content, that is derogatory or slanderous in nature that may direct to any individual or group or advocate violence against any users individuals and or animals.
  • Hazardous chemicals and pesticides and/ or items
    Fireworks, Destructive Devices, and Explosives including any material that enables the making of fireworks, explosive triggers, and explosive devices.
  • Identity Documents, Personal Financial Records & Personal Information (in any form, including mailing lists)
  • Lottery Tickets, Sweepstakes Entries and Slot Machines
  • Military or Police Badges, Uniforms, coats-of-arms, and or any Government emblems, insignia, and/ or items in violation of Emblems and names
  • Weapons and related items (such as firearms, firearm parts, and magazines, ammunition, tear gas, stun guns, switchblade knives, or any other item which is prohibited under the UAE Law.
  • "Pyramid schemes" "Multilevel Marketing" and/ or similar scams are solely listed for the purpose of defrauding users.
  • Spam, abusive, duplicate, listing, fraud schemes (e.g. "Get rich quick" "work at homes" scams which are solely listed for the purpose of duping users)
  • Inappropriate, Wrong Category (e.g dining table listed as office furniture).
  • Belongs to another person and to which the user does not have any right;
  • Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, pedophilic, invasive of another‘s privacy, including bodily privacy, insulting or harassing on the basis of gender, libelous, racially or ethnically objectionable, relating or encouraging money laundering or gambling, or otherwise inconsistent with or contrary to the laws in force;
  • Is harmful to children;
  • Infringes any patent, trademark, copyright, or other proprietary rights;
  • Violates any law for the time being in force;
  • Deceives or misleads the addressee about the origin of the message or knowingly and intentionally communicates any information which is patently false or misleading in nature but may reasonably be perceived as a fact;
  • Impersonates another person;
  • Threatens the unity, integrity, defense, security or sovereignty of UAE, friendly relations with foreign states, or public order, or causes incitement to the commission of any cognizable offense or prevents investigation of any offense or is insulting other nation;
  • Contains a software virus or any other computer code, file, or program designed to interrupt, destroy or limit the functionality of any computer resource;
  • Is patently false and untrue, and is written or published in any form, with the intent to mislead or harass a person, entity, or agency for financial gain or to cause any injury to any person.

B. Without prejudice to the generality of the above, MobiKing does not permit posting or listing of classifieds in relation to the following:

  • "Securities", including shares, bonds, debentures, etc., and/or any other financial instruments/assets of any description
  • Living, dead creatures and/or the whole or any part of any animal which has been kept or preserved by any means whether artificial or natural including rugs, skins, specimens of animals, antlers, horns, hair, feathers, nails, teeth, musk, eggs, nests, other animal products of any description the sale and purchase of which is prevented or restricted in any manner by applicable laws.

C. Your listing, information, Advertisement

  • Shall not be defamatory, trade libelous, unlawfully threatening, or unlawfully harassing. Further shall not be fraudulent, misrepresenting, misleading, or pertain to the sale of any illegal, counterfeit, stolen goods and or services which do not belong to you or you do not have the authority for. Further still shall not infringe any intellectual property, trade secret, or other proprietary rights or rights of publicity or privacy of any third party.
  • Shall not contain any viruses, Trojan horses, worms, time bombs, cancelbots, easter eggs, or other computer programming routines that may damage, detrimentally interfere with, surreptitiously intercept or expropriate any system, data, or personal information.
  • Shall not be allowed to libel anyone or include hate, derogatory, slanderous speech directed at individuals or groups. You should not advocate violence against other users or individuals or groups.

2. In addition to the above and for the purposes of clarity all Users shall be expected to adhere to and comply with the following Policies while listing items:

  • Restricted Item Policy: In addition to the above-prohibited items policy users shall also adhere to and comply with the restricted items policy while listing, posting, or providing information in relation to any goods or services.
  • Duplicate Ad listings are not allowed. Any ad posted more than once with the same content or Title in the same city and category would be considered a Duplicate Ad. We advise you to post multiple ads only if you have different items or services for sale. All duplicate ads would be deleted and posters penalized if the problem persists.
  • Mature Audience/Sexually oriented material: Classifieds relating to items that include items intended for use in sexual activity would not be permitted. (An example of such classifieds relating to an item not normally permitted would be classified for the sale of a vibrator). Please also be aware that titles with graphic adult language are inappropriate, regardless of the item contained in the listing itself.

3. Details to be provided by the Seller:

  • Contractual information pertaining to the goods, if any.
  • The total price of any good or service, along with the breakup price for the good or service, shows all the compulsory and voluntary charges and the applicable tax.
  • All mandatory notices and information provided by applicable laws, and the expiry date of the good being offered for sale, where applicable.
  • All relevant details about the goods and services offered including country of origin
  • Name and details of the importer in case of imported goods, and guarantees related to the authenticity or genuineness of the imported products
  • Terms of exchange, returns, and refund including information related to costs of return shipping.
  • Relevant details related to delivery and shipment of such goods or services.
  • Any relevant guarantees or warranties are applicable to such goods or services.
  • Whether registered entity
  • Physical address
  • Rating/aggregated feedback
  • Content is consistent with the actual characteristics, and features of goods and services.

4. Consequences of Breach of Listing Policy:

  • Users who violate the prohibited items policy and or the restricted items policy may be subject to the following actions:
    1.Suspension or termination of the account.
    2.Permanent blocking of access to the site.
    3.Reporting to Law Enforcement or Appropriate Authorities.
    4.Action will be taken by the Terms of Use.
